Our Hot Mat Studio is designed for those wanting vibrant & transformative workouts that challenge the body and reset the mind. In our heated space, you’ll push past your limits, find mental clarity, and unlock a stronger & more resilient version of you.

Reformer classes will take you through a journey of push/pull motion and as you flow through sequences that burn and work muscles you didn’t realise you had. As soon as you step into this space you will feel a sense of calm but leave with jelly legs and a true appreciation for your ability to move.

But, we’re more than just strong Pilates classes—we’re a community of regular individuals who sweat together, support each other, and celebrate every hard-earned milestone. a strong vision for sweat equity

Hi there — I’m Britt, founder of Sweat Equity and one of your happy Pilates instructors here at the studio. My journey didn’t start with a business plan—it started with passion. I fell in love with the heat and energy of Hot Mat Pilates, but being an instructor? That always felt a bit out of reach… until 2020 flipped everything on its head.

Since then, I’ve been balancing full-time school teaching with leading Hot Mat Pilates classes at some of the most popular Pilates Studios. Teaching in both classrooms and studios has improved my understanding of what makes a class not just fun—but truly effective. After many years in the Pilates biz, I now know a studio can be more than just a workout—it can be a retreat from the daily grind. That’s why I created Sweat Equity—to bring together everything I know and love about Pilates. No matter where you are on your movement journey, I hope you feel welcome and fall in love with all that Sweat Equity has to offer.
